A U.S.-based manufacturer of advanced electronic components required a precision thermal management system to support the production of high-performance printed circuit boards (PCBs) used across a wide range of industrial and technology-driven applications. The manufacturing process demands accurate temperature control to ensure consistent product quality during multilayer board fabrication.

AURA Process Heat supplied a 150 kW electric thermal fluid heating system with integrated heating and cooling capabilities, designed for indoor installation and operating temperatures of up to 662°F. The system delivers precise thermal control throughout the pressing and laminating processes, ensuring uniform heat distribution across the press surfaces.

By maintaining stable heating and controlled cooling cycles, the solution improves bonding quality, production consistency, and manufacturing efficiency while supporting the customer’s high-performance electronics production.
