Project Description
A leading German manufacturer of technical nonwoven textiles required a reliable and energy-efficient heating solution to support the production of advanced materials used across a variety of industrial sectors, including medical and hygiene applications. As part of its long-term sustainability strategy, the company is progressively transitioning its manufacturing facilities from conventional heating systems to electric heating technologies to achieve carbon-neutral production.
AURA Process Heat engineered and supplied a 50 kW electric thermal fluid heating system, designed to deliver precise process temperatures of up to 356°F. The system provides consistent heat to rotating process rollers, ensuring uniform temperature distribution throughout the production process.
By delivering stable and accurate thermal control, the AURA solution improves product consistency, enhances manufacturing efficiency, and supports the customer’s transition toward cleaner, more sustainable industrial operations.
