A leading food manufacturer in Germany required a high-capacity thermal fluid heating solution to support the continuous production of potato chips. Consistent oil temperature is critical throughout the frying process to achieve uniform cooking, product quality, texture, and taste while maintaining efficient large-scale production.
AURA Process Heat engineered and supplied a 6,500 kW fired thermal fluid heating system capable of delivering process temperatures of up to 518°F. The system efficiently heats the frying oil used in the production line, ensuring precise temperature control and reliable heat transfer throughout the manufacturing process.
