Project Description

A pharmaceutical manufacturer in France required a sustainable heating solution to recover excess thermal energy generated during production. The recovered energy would be reused within the manufacturing process to improve overall plant efficiency while supporting the production of medicines and vaccines.

AURA Process Heat supplied a 300 kW outdoor waste heat thermal fluid system designed to recover and reuse process heat at temperatures up to 350°C. The solution converts previously wasted thermal energy into a valuable process resource, reducing fuel consumption and improving overall plant performance.

The integrated system supports continuous pharmaceutical manufacturing while helping the customer achieve greater energy efficiency and sustainability.
