Project Description
A leading food manufacturer in the United States required a reliable thermal fluid heating solution to support the continuous production of bread and pastry products supplied to Quick-Service Restaurants (QSRs), foodservice providers, and grocery retailers. Maintaining precise baking temperatures and uninterrupted production was essential to ensure consistent product quality and meet demanding production schedules.
AURA Process Heat engineered and supplied a 1,000 kW fired thermal fluid heating system capable of delivering stable process temperatures of up to 572°F. Designed for high-performance industrial baking applications, the system provides uniform heat distribution, enabling consistent baking conditions across the production line.
Built for continuous industrial operation, the heating system is designed to run 24 hours a day, 5 days a week (24/5) under stable operating conditions. Its robust design ensures dependable performance, high energy efficiency, and reliable temperature control, supporting uninterrupted production and consistent product quality.
