Project Description
A leading chemical processing facility in Germany required a reliable thermal fluid heating solution to support precision steel heat treatment and galvanizing operations. The system needed to deliver consistent high-temperature performance, ensure operational safety, and withstand continuous industrial use over an extended service life.
AURA Process Heat engineered and supplied a 120 kW gas-fired thermal fluid heating system, comprising the boiler body with insulation, flue gas connection, expansion vessel, drain vessel, and filling and emptying station. The system was designed using high-quality components supplied exclusively by German manufacturers to ensure exceptional durability, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
Commissioned in 1991, the AURA system continues to operate successfully today, demonstrating its outstanding engineering quality and dependable performance. The installation also features an advanced control cabinet for precise regulation, control, and continuous monitoring, enabling safe and efficient operation for demanding industrial heating applications.
