Project Description
A leading plastics manufacturing company required a high-capacity thermal fluid heating system to provide precise and uniform heating for temperature-controlled press operations. Maintaining consistent temperatures throughout the pressing process was essential to ensure the quality, dimensional accuracy, and performance of the finished plastic sheets.
AURA Process Heat designed and supplied a 3,500 kW gas-fired thermal fluid heating system capable of delivering stable process temperatures of up to 572°F. The system was engineered to provide efficient and reliable heat transfer, enabling continuous operation while maintaining optimal temperature control across the production process.
The heated presses ensure that plastic sheets are processed under controlled thermal conditions before being transferred to downstream manufacturing operations. The solution enhances production efficiency, product consistency, and overall process reliability while supporting high-volume industrial manufacturing.
