A leading plastics manufacturing company required a high-capacity thermal fluid heating system to provide precise and uniform heating for temperature-controlled press operations. AURA Process Heat designed and supplied a 3,500 kW gas-fired thermal fluid heating system capable of delivering stable process temperatures of up to 572°F. The system was engineered to provide efficient and reliable heat transfer, enabling continuous operation while maintaining optimal temperature control across the production process.

The heated presses ensure that plastic sheets are processed under controlled thermal conditions before being transferred to downstream manufacturing operations.
