A plastics manufacturing company operating extrusion and film production lines experienced uneven heating across processing equipment, resulting in inconsistent product quality and material defects. 

The existing system was unable to respond efficiently to rapid load changes during production, leading to material waste and increased downtime. The client required a reliable and energy-efficient heating solution capable of supporting continuous, high-speed operations.

AURA Process Heat implemented a custom electrically heated thermal oil system designed to deliver precise temperature control, fast response times, and stable heat distribution across extrusion and forming processes.
