A specialty chemical manufacturer operating multiple reactors and processing lines was facing inconsistent temperature control in its thermal oil heating system. Variations in process temperatures were affecting batch quality, increasing rejection rates, and causing production inefficiencies. 

The existing heating infrastructure had limited automation capability and struggled to maintain stable temperatures during continuous operation. In addition, high energy consumption and unplanned maintenance increased operational costs. 

AURA Process Heat designed and delivered a custom-engineered thermal fluid heating solution with advanced control integration to improve temperature stability, optimize energy usage, and support continuous chemical processing operations.
