AURA Process Heat designed and supplied a 300 kW gas-fired thermal fluid heating system capable of delivering process temperatures up to 446°F. The system provides uniform and efficient heat transfer to rotating rollers, ensuring stable operating conditions throughout the manufacturing process.
By maintaining precise roller temperatures, the AURA system enables consistent material properties, improved production efficiency, and reliable processing before the nonwoven materials move to downstream manufacturing stages.
